Jeremiah Wallace’s Practice and Teaching Embody a Synergy of Yoga Styles
We are excited to offer Anusara Yoga at Yoga Garden of San Francisco starting August 21st. Anusara means “flowing with grace,” which reflects the focus of each class. Universal priciples of alignment are applied to the instruction of poses to connect to the grand purposes of yoga, to create awareness of specific postural alignment, and to foster balanced action between stability and freedom. Movements and actions within every pose are coordinated with the breath. Level 1-2 classes are appropriate for beginners to intermediate students.
At Yoga Garden, Jeremiah Wallace offers Anusara-Inspired classes on Sundays at 6pm and Tuesday/Thursday 1:15-2:45pm. Jeremiah’s classes are geared toward personal discovery, through focused physical and mental attention, while
