Beat the Stress: Holiday Yoga Challenge

Hone your Holiday survival skills and take care of yourself this month!

Your body and mind function best with adequate sleep, nourishment and exercise. This is your first line of defense against the added stress and demands of the holiday season.  Commit to our month long Holiday Yoga Challenge and feel your best.

The details:

Commit to at least 3 days, each week, of morning (7:00 AM) Yoga all of December.

The classes:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays : 7:00 – 8:00 AM Vinyasa or 7:00 – 8:30 AM Iyengar

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:00 – 8:30 AM Intro to Astanga or 7:00 – 8:30 AM Iyengar

The benefit:

Feel better than ever by committing to a morning yoga practice (you’ll be better equipped to deal with holiday stress, you’ll have a greater development of self awareness and you’ll sleep better!).

Upon completion of your month long commitment, you will receive, as a gift from Yoga Garden, a copy of How Yoga Works, by Michael Roach and Christie McNally.
