In this 4 week workshop we will work together on creating a new set of eating habits that will help you to feel energetic and strong. We will cover nutrition basics, planning and preparing healthy meals and choosing foods there are right for you and your body chemistry/lifestyle. One of the classes will be a cooking demonstration.
Cost: $99 for 4 one-hour sessions and a 20-minute phone consultation. Drop-in for individual sessions, $25. Sundays 1/2, 1/9 and 1/16 and 1/23. 1:00-2:00PM. Register online!
