At Folk Yoga School\, we are offering an It’s Yoga Kids training\, in which you can study and train to be a yoga teacher for children!  \nThe Kids Yoga Teacher Training is for parents\, yoga teachers\, school teachers\, educators or those working with children 3-13 years old. Lighting the torch of yoga in the hearts of the next generation is a powerful way to help shape our world! \nThis training prepares you to teach yoga\, mindfulness\, and meditation to children ages 3-13 and includes: \n\n The IYK® system to reduce everyday stress \n Evidence-based science and philosophy for physical and mental health \n The 3 skills children and teenagers needs to succeed with today’s technology \n High5 Habits that create healthier and happier futures \n Specific “do’s and don’ts” to teach safely and successfully \n Behavior management skills to support a positive learning environment \n The business of Kids Yoga – integrating your work in the community \n Comprehensive personalized IYK® Warrior 1 Essentials Training Manual \n Global connected learning and teaching community \n IYK® Certificate of completion and directory verification \n\n  \nIt’s Yoga Kids® Warrior 1 Essentials certifies you to become a qualified children’s yoga instructor.
