SUMMARY:Summertime Play: A Partner Yoga Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Summertime is here and it’s a great time to bring light and love into our lives and play together! That’s what partner yoga is all about. We often think of yoga as a solitary practice\, but it doesn’t have to be. Partner yoga is a practice of balance\, curiosity\, play\, and joy.  \nIn Summertime Play: A Partner Yoga Workshop with Abigail Black\, you will create and explore new shapes and poses with another person\, learn to support one another in strength-building and release practices\, and bond with the Folk SF yoga community. This workshop is exciting and dynamic\, and teaches the principles of trust\, safety\, and play through a yogic lens of compassion and inquiry. Bring a partner or friend\, or come by yourself and we’ll pair you up!  \nPlease wear comfy yoga clothes and bring a mat. Yoga props will be provided. This workshop is for all levels of yoga experience. This event is in-person at Richmond studio.   \nPrice: \n$40 per person on or before July 13\, 2024 with the discount code: SUMMERTIME \n$45 per person after July 13\, 2024 \nFolk members & alumni receive 25% off of the full price.
