Free Introduction to Yoga

Join us this Sunday for a free introductory yoga class. We provide all props (mats, straps, etc.). You do not need to bring any supplies. Wear comfortable clothing, such as a t-shirt and shorts, and plan to practice bare-footed. Try not to eat heavily before class. Plan on having fun, learning, and moving your body.
