We’re open for classes!!!
Join us on Christmas Day for a special class, 9:30 – 11:00 AM. This is an all level yoga class where the focus is playful practice to share the holiday with your Yoga Garden community. Teachers will ensure that the class is both challenging, and allows for all levels of ability. Expect any combination of flow, posture practice, mindfulness practice, and inspiration in a celebratory community.
