I absolutely loved the prenatal yoga classes at the Yoga Garden and attribute them to having an easy and healthy pregnancy. They enabled me to take take a few hours out of my hectic schedule every week to breathe, relax and focus on connecting with my baby girl. During each class, I felt so connected to my daughter as she would often move while I moved and it felt empowering to be in a room full of pregnant women. Gabby’s instruction and focus on proper alignment are so easy to follow. It has greatly improved my postnatal yoga practice and I used a number of the techniques to ease my labor pain.
