Core Yoga is a challenging and fast-paced one hour core conditioning class, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Pilates mat exercises are taught to develop strength and tone, while standing yoga postures are incorporated to improve your balance and flexibility. Although an upbeat and fast moving class, attention to correct alignment is key, as well as targeting specific core muscle groups.
