We’ve introduced thousands of people to yoga since 1998. Our way of teaching is systematic, safe, and easy to follow. Our highly-trained teachers are skilled in explaining and demonstrating what to do and why. Yoga instruction at Yoga Garden SF is practical, experiential, and professional. You will receive the benefits of health and well-being immediately in a non-competitive, supportive learning environment. Cost: $50
We keep our Yoga 101 classes intentionally small so advanced registration is required.
