Pilates + sculpt classes

A variety of classes designed to help you boost your energy and reduce excess stress.

A Fitness Class for Everyone

If you want to move, we’ve got something for you.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt combines asana (poses) with strength training in an upbeat setting. Cardio and conditioning exercises are woven into a vinyasa-style practice to intensify postures and build lean muscle. Students can expect to build strength and control for asana practice.

Pilates + Pilates Sculpt

Pilates Sculpt takes the core-first principles of mat pilates and layers in weights, resistance tools, and dynamic full-body sequences designed to build strength, definition, and endurance. A modern, high-energy take on a proven method — grounded in control and driven by effort. Open to all levels.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

High intensity interval training (HIIT) class is a metabolic conditioning class designed to increase the efficiency of the body’s energy systems. HIIT Pilates is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines strength, cardio, endurance, mobility, and core training. Designed to elevate the heart rate without jumping or high impact movements, it offers a challenging and effective workout while remaining accessible and supportive of joint health.

Strength + Mobility

This mobility and strength class focuses on counteracting the imbalances acquired by living a modern lifestyle. Small but challenging movements to train all the muscles that support your spine and pelvis with a particular focus on strengthening your abs and glutes. Together with the hamstrings, these muscles are essential to basic functional movements (walking, running and lifting). Strengthening them will help with proper pelvic alignment, relieve associated back pain and prevent injuries. Weights may be incorporated into class depending upon each instructor. For safety purposes, shoes may be required for class. Gym shoes only, no street shoes may be worn in studio room.
