30 Hours (24 in-person, 6 independent) with Michelle Nayeli Bouvier
This training expands traditional anatomical knowledge with contemporary research in biotensegrity, fascia science, and nervous system integration. Learn how to offer creative adaptations and variations for common injuries – including patterns of modern life. Learn how to make practice safe, welcoming, and accessible for all bodies. Learn to teach alignment as an internal experience of support, ease and integration through joint congruence and fascial tensegrity.
This program equips you to teach from the cutting edge of movement science while honoring the wisdom traditions of yoga—creating practices that are sustainable, accessible, and truly transformative.
