Rejuvenate with Restorative Yoga + Pranayama & Yoga Nidra
Join us for a nourishing evening of Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with self. Through breath, stillness, and guided awareness, this practice invites you to slow down and settle into a more grounded internal state.
Guided by Meera Dhawan (Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500, and MFT/PCC Graduate), this immersive workshop weaves together intentional breathing techniques, restorative postures, and Yoga Nidra to create space for renewal. The evening will begin with gentle restorative poses and movement, followed by pranayama preparing the nervous system for an inward journey, followed by an extended Yoga Nidra practice to support deep rest and connection with self.
This workshop is for you if you are:
– Craving deep rest and intentional time to reconnect with yourself
– Interested in nervous system regulation and the mind-body connection
– Curious about the healing effects of Pranayama, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra
– Looking to slow down in a supportive, community-centered space
All experience levels are welcome. Please bring a journal or notebook, a pen, and an eye pillow or eye mask if you have one.
