200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training – Winter Extended 2023

Yoga Garden SF has been helping people advance their practice and build professional yoga careers for 22 years. Now, more than ever, we are committed to offering the best yoga teacher training to continue sharing this profound practice. Our alignment-based vinyasa training will equip you with a solid foundation in anatomy, alignment, philosophy, sequencing and teaching skills, enabling you to teach your practice. You will receive expert instruction and diverse perspectives from accomplished teachers in an intimate (10-20 students) classroom. Our students start teaching from week one, and by the end of the training will comfortably lead 60 minute, all-level yoga classes.

Included with your tuition, you will receive an unlimited yoga class membership at all 7 studio locations as well as unlimited live-streamed classes and access to the replay gallery for the duration of the training, PLUS access to our online learning platform for one year.

This 12-week Extended format is designed to work around your schedule while allowing for a process of deep transformation and community building to occur. You will learn a lot, make lifelong friends, and change in unexpected ways.This training will have two lead teachers: Europa Grace and Martin Scott.

Europa and Martin will be supported by: Brandi Zorzy, Christie Pitko, David Nelson, Karen Macklin, Michelle Bouvier, and Dr. Zohreh Sadeghi.

Graduates of this program are qualified to register with Yoga Alliance® at the RYT200 level. Graduates also receive 15% off future trainings and workshops at Yoga Garden SF.

• The Heart of Yoga: Developing a Personal Practice by TKV Desikachar

• Yoga Anatomy by Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Mathews

• The Yoga-Sutra of Patanjali: A New Translation with Commentary (Shambhala Classics) Translated by Chip Hartranft

• Yoga Resource Practice Manuel by Darren Rhodes

Tuition: $3,499 payable in up to 6 monthly installments. Students paying in full can receive $250 off of the total price.
