Backbends are invigorating, uplifting and opening. They help to stimulate proper functioning of digestion, preserve health in spinal discs and vertebral column, and open the body to diaphragmatic breathing. Backbends stretch the front body, allowing deeper breathing, and releases tension in the shoulders and spine. Learn to move with ease and effortlessness, and release into the joy of backbends!
