March is here. Daylight Saving Time begins!

Spring Is Coming — But Your Practice Doesn’t Pause

March carries that in-between magic.

The days stretch a little longer. The light lingers. The air shifts. Work ramps up. Calendars start filling again.

And then — daylight savings hits! Don’t forget to shift your clocks forward and double-check class times.

At Folk Yoga, March is about keeping momentum, celebrating the women who shape our lives, and moving intentionally into a new season.

Here’s what’s unfolding.

🌸 International Women’s Day — Celebrate the Women Who Hold It All Together

On Sunday March 8, we celebrate International Women’s Day — a moment to honor the strength, resilience, care, and leadership of women in our community and beyond.

Whether it’s your mom, sister, best friend, mentor, teacher — or yourself — this is your reminder to celebrate the women who show up in big and small ways every day.
