The November Challenge: 15 Classes in 30 Days

Join our November Challenge — 15 classes in 30 days. Easy peasy, right? It’s free to join and a fun way to stay accountable and energized as we move into the holiday season.

Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a Folk Yoga tote bag, and all finishers will be entered to win a Jade Yoga Mat.

A little consistency can make all the difference this month — your body (and mind) will thank you.

Thanksgiving Potluck — Saturday, Nov 15 | 6–8PM | NOPA Studio

Celebrate the season of gratitude with our favorite part of Folk Yoga — the community.

Join us for a cozy Thanksgiving Potluck where students, teachers, and loved ones come together to share food, laughter, and connection.

BYOB + BYOS (bring your own beverage + shareable dish) and your favorite recipe if you’d like! We’ll celebrate the diversity of our food traditions while honoring everyone’s needs — plant-based and gluten-free dishes are always welcome.
