Class etiquette

  • Make a reservation before coming to class: There are no on-site transactions at this time. Book a class here.
  • Arrive early for class: Doors will be locked 5 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals are not permitted. We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
  • Stow your personal items: Please only bring in wallets and very valuable items to class. Other items (bags, shoes, etc.) can be stored in the cubbies. The door will be locked for security.
  • Water. We do not carry plastic water bottles, but you will find naturally purified water to fill up you personal water bottle. Both hot and cold, please help yourself!
  • Odor-free space: Make sure that your body, your clothes and your mat are clean and odor free. Please do not wear perfume, cologne, after shave, essential oils, or scented antiperspirant, shampoos, or conditioners. Just like natural body odors, these artificial odors will be intensified by the heat of the practice. This includes all “natural” or “organic” scents as well.
  • Leaving early: Do not leave during Savasana (Final Relaxation). If you must leave early, please inform the teacher before class that you need to leave early.
  • Returning props: Please sanitize and return all props back to their proper place after class. Your instructor will provide further guidance.
