June at Folk Yoga: A Summer of Movement, Connection & Possibility
Summer is almost here.
The days are longer, the mornings brighter, and there’s a sense of possibility in the air. It’s the season for trying new things, reconnecting with what energizes you, and making space for experiences that leave you feeling more alive.
At Folk Yoga, we’re embracing the season with new classes, community gatherings, immersive trainings, and opportunities to deepen your practice in ways both playful and profound.
Here’s what’s happening this month.
