Folk is committed to educating the whole person. Learn from some of San Francisco’s most experienced teachers in the Folk Yoga School. Our Yoga Alliance® registered yoga teacher training programs are led by teachers with an average of 12 years of experience. We aim to instill each student with a deep knowledge and respect of the body, the techniques, and the cultural context of yoga.

Innovation + Expansion

We offer a wide variety of professional yoga education through our 200-Hour and 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, specialty trainings, and workshops. Our diverse programming includes Trauma-Informed, Prenatal, Kids + Teens, and more to ensure that everyone has space to deepen their practice and find their niche.
