Deepen your yoga practice with our ayurveda offerings
Did you know that ayurveda is considered an essential partner to yoga? Perhaps you know some words relating to the study and practice of ayurveda without much of a conception of what they really mean (taken an online “What’s Your Dosha?” quiz recently?) or how to use them to any effect.
Yoga Garden of San Francisco offers workshops that can introduce you to the study and practice of ayurveda, specifically relating to your existing yoga practice.
We are thrilled to host Chase Bossart and Elizabeth Cunningham Bossart for just such a workshop this coming weekend!
The coming Yoga and Ayurveda workshop will offer you a chance to explore how applying ayurvedic concepts can help you tailor your yoga practice and lifestyle to the changes of the seasons. The ancient practices of both disciplines offer ways to understand and respond to the changes in our environment to keep our bodies and our lives in balance.
Saturday, April 12th from 12:30-5:30 pm. Tuition for the workshop is $95.
This course provides 5 Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Elective Contact Hours for YGSF 500 and/or 5 Yoga Alliance® CEUs
