In addition to ongoing workshops and electives, Yoga Garden SF welcomes new and continuing students into Basic Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training, Advanced Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training, and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.
Standing on a commitment to cura personalis, artful and intelligent instruction, and rigorous practice, Yoga Garden SF has quietly transformed from a small, neighborhood yoga studio into a community-centered yoga school, offering programs that provide structured advancement of your practice, opportunities to pursue careers in the industry, and programs for the continuing education of yoga professionals.
Yoga Garden SF owner, David Nelson, says it all in his most recent blog post: “Yoga Garden SF may be a quaint boutique neighborhood yoga studio to you. We love that, but we like to think of ourselves as more than that. We call ourselves a yoga school because much of what we do at the Garden is scholastic: research and training through a structured, accredited curriculum, offering yoga teacher certification. Studio and school live under one roof because they need each other.”
