Join us for a Sunday afternoon delight of ethereal sounds and deep relaxation! During this powerful sound bath experience, yoga teacher and certified sound healing therapist Caitlin Ryan will take you on a magical journey to unwind and reset your nervous system, using crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other unique instruments. Sound meditation is all about inviting the body into its natural healing state, to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired. The practice will open with an invitation to set an intention for the experience.

No experience needed. Dress in comfy clothes. Please bring a journal, any meaningful items you would like placed on the altar, and eye masks or any other cozy things to make you as comfortable as possible.
