Level Up: A Summer Yoga Series

If you’ve been practicing yoga for a while, but still feel like you’re only scratching the surface, get ready for this summertime intensive! Over the course of 5 weeks, Denelle Numis (E-RYT 500), will take you on an energized journey of leveling up your practice in a fun, accessible, and supported way.

Want to know the right way to do an inversion or an arm balance? Ready to learn how to enter that tricky backbend that has that name you can never remember? (And maybe learn the name, too?) It seems there is never enough time in a typical flow class to truly learn the more advanced poses, and that’s where this summer series comes in. Each week will focus on a different family of postures and ways to achieve these poses with grace and ease. Sign up for the whole program for $200, or each session for $55.

A basic knowledge of yoga postures is suggested for this series. This course provides 10 Elective Contact Hours for Folk’s 300 Hour Program [10 Yoga Alliance® CEUs].
