The new moon energy is all about connecting to your heart’s deepest desires and setting intentions aligned with your highest self. In our daily lives, it can be easy to get consumed with distractions, leaving us uninspired and disconnected. But when we create space to truly tune in, our lives unfold in a way that is powerful and congruent.

This powerful circle is an opportunity to release anything that is no longer serving you, in order to create space for what truly lights you up. When we do this in community, we support one another on our paths and build pathways for deeper connection to ourselves and each other.

In this two-hour gathering, you will:

1. engage in grounding & intuitive movement practices to connect with your body and breath
2. take part in journaling and partner exercises to develop insight and connection
3. learn how to fully be present with others, whether they are loved ones or strangers
4. let go of what doesn’t serve you and show up more authentically in this world

We will bring in the new moon together while cultivating a deep sense of community with an open mind and open heart. All experience levels are welcome. Please bring a journal or notebook and pen.
