This module explores different aspects of the subtle or energetic body, including teachings of the koshas, elemental chakras, pancha vayus, rasa, spanda and hatha, within the backdrop of our nervous system. You will learn about these principles in a combination of theoretical lecture and discussion, as well as the experiential practices of asana, karana, pranayama, meditation, reflection and considerations for sequencing for desired effect.
Instruct with authenticity and sequence with purpose! In this course, you will learn how to develop more inventive and consistent sequencing skills through studying advanced sequencing methodology and through practice. You will also learn to hone your skills of improvisation and time management, and develop a teaching style that feels true to you. This module includes lecture, discussion, practice teaching, group exercises, and teaching presentations.
