Module I: Foundations is recommended for any yoga teacher who wants to better understand the physical and emotional aspects of pregnancy, and to be able to teach general classes with pregnant students in them. It’s also recommended for pregnant students, themselves, as well as birth workers and educators.
**This module is a prerequisite to Module II: Advanced Techniques for those wanting to gain certification. It can be taken on its own for additional CEUs. Both modules are required for those wishing to become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT®).**
