- Go for a walk
- Start a self-love journal, like a gratitude journal- write 3 things you love about yourself each day
- Take a bath

- Deepen your practice and enroll in TEACHER TRAINING!
- Anoint yourself with warm oil
- Call your bestie
- Play in the sun
- Take a nap
- Give yourself time, with no plans
- Just dance
- Take yourself on a date, just yourself.
- Explore nature
- Be open to meeting a new friend
