New Class! Meditation and Yoga

Starting in December 15th, we’re excited to introduce Meditation and Yoga from 6:15am – 7:15am Tuesday and Thursdays w/Meredith Holt!

December is busy month for everyone which can be overwhelming to our minds and bodies. We couldn’t think of a better time to introduce a meditation and yoga class.

What better way to start your morning than to experience the calming clarity of prāṇāyāma, gentle movements and a guided meditation for a more focused mind and a reawakened body.
