NEW CLASS! Yoga Sculpt


Calling all warrior yogis! Join us for our new Yoga Sculpt class with Aubrey Thye.

Sculpt combines yoga with strength training in an upbeat setting. Free weights, cardio and conditioning exercises are weaved into a vinyasa flow to intensify the postures and build lean muscle.

Expect to build strength and control for your asana practice. Get strong, get fit, and have fun while doing it!
