Memberships

All Folk members receive 10% off of regularly-priced retail purchases (excluding food and beverage). Members also receive a 25% discount on workshops. Please contact hello@folksf.com to receive your discount.

No refunds are offered for memberships. Memberships may not be shared, transferred, or used to pay for another student. Membership prices are subject to change with prior notice.

You may cancel your membership online, through the Folk app, or by emailing frontdesk@folksf.com up to 48 hours before your next automatic payment. Cancellations are never accepted in person or by phone or chat. Termination or suspension will only prevent future auto-renewals; no refunds are given for any unused portion of a month, or for purchases/renewals already made. Memberships may be paused for a period of up to two months once per year.

All Access Membership
The All Access Membership at Folk entitles members to unrestricted access to regularly scheduled weekly in-person and livestream classes, replays, and a 10% discount on workshops and yoga teacher trainings.

This membership auto-renews; therefore, a credit card on file is required. Membership will automatically renew on the same date each month.

PASSES

No refunds or extensions are offered for any Folk class passes.

10-Class Pass
The 10-Class Pass entitles students to 10 in-person classes within 3 months of activation (from date of purchase). Pass holders do not receive member benefits. Passes do not auto-renew.

IN-PERSON CLASSES

In-person class cancellations are permitted up to 12 hours before the start of class. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of class will result in a loss of that class (for single class pass or 10-class pass), or a $20 cancellation fee for All Access Membership holders. Members who fail to attend will also forfeit their payment, or be charged a late fee, for that class. This policy applies to both members and non-members.

Classes begin promptly at the posted time. Livestream classes require that the class start on time, so admission closes 5 minutes before class. Students not present 5 minutes before the start of class may also have their spot forfeited to waitlisted students.

Audio and video recording before, during, and after class is strictly prohibited. The content and performance of the class are protected intellectual property of Folk Holdings, LLC, and the privacy and safety of our clients is protected by this policy. The use of electronic devices must never disturb the integrity or quality of our clients’ experience. During class, all electronic devices, including phones, cameras, watches and fitness trackers should be set to do-not-disturb mode. Outside of class, recordings can be made with the consent of those involved or included in the recording.
