This 3 day retreat is a restorative program held at the beautiful Ratna Ling Retreat Center. Only 2 hours drive from San Francisco, the unique architecture of Ratna Ling harmonizes with the natural grandeur of the surrounding coastal mountains facilitating a deeper appreciation for the boundless potential within each of us.
Redwood lined walking paths, ponds and expansive views provide peaceful havens for quiet contemplation. Nearby, enjoy easy access to the beautiful surrounding landscape and spectacular coastal vistas. As a guest enjoy quality and spacious lodging in the brand new private Cottages, plentiful and delicious vegetarian meals, and the warm hospitality of the resident volunteer community.
Join Sonya and friends as we gather again to set the tone for a fantastic 2015 with group sessions, yoga classes, meditation classes, organic meals, lodging, and access to grounds and library. You will have a private bedroom in a spacious cottage shared with only one other person. The bathroom in each cottage has a luxurious hot tub with jets.
Weekend will also include meditation instruction in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition from a Ratna Ling resident instructor.
