- If the unregistered partner has never been to the studio before, have him or her fill out the new student enrollment form
- Enroll the unregistered partner in the workshop as unpaid
- Create a “shares pricing options with” relationship between the partner who bought the pass and the partner who is registered as unpaid
- Go to the Account Details tab of the unpaid partner and hit “Recalculate.” This should resolved the unpaid, but drawing the unused session from his or her partner’s account.
- Go to either partners’ Client Profile tab and delete the “shares pricing options with” relationship
- Repeat for each couple
