At Yoga Garden SF, we invite you to take your asana practice even deeper. Our Level 2-3 classes are designed to support a more challenging yoga practice on the mat.
Hatha Flow (Level 2)
A slow, strong, rhythmic flow class that incorporates a mindful exploration of intermediate and advanced postures, and a focus on subtle aspects of practice like prana, breathwork, philosophy, and meditation. This class is suitable for students who already have a basic knowledge of yoga practice and are interested in going deeper with their practices. TUES 4:45pm
Vinyasa (Level 2-3)
Increase energy, build endurance, and quiet your mind in this vigorous style of Vinyasa Flow. This class is suited for intermediate to advanced students who appreciate a healthy sweat and are comfortable with the basic yoga postures. Sync your mind and body together with sun salutations and postures that are strung smoothly together in a robust and spirited flow. Classes include advanced postures, arm balances, backbends, and inversions. SAT 8:45am, SUN 9:00am
Deepening Flow (Level 2-3)
An intermediate, level 2-3 class that challenges the student’s personal practice physically and philosophically. Asana is chosen from a wider syllabus and a theme is woven into every class. The practice will help to know oneself better in body, mind, spirit and to overcome where one is stuck in their practice. SUN 6:30pm
