This is (YOUR NAME HERE) at the Yoga Garden writing to inform you that in accordance with our No Show Policy effective as of April 1st, 2102, you have been charged $15 for (ENTER WHAT THEY DID – was it Late Cancel or Now Show) to (ENTER NAME OF CLASS MISSED) on (ENTER DATE AND TIME OF MISSED CLASS).
To avoid the fee in the future, please cancel your reservation on-line no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
We really don’t want to charge our students. Our Late Cancel/No Show Policy is meant to enable the maximum availability to our classes.
