Yoga 101 with Elaine Oyang
- What: Four class series of introductory yoga for complete beginners
- When: Sunday’s, Nov 24 – Dec 15 (12:30 – 2:00 PM)
Thanksgiving Day Benefit Classes
- What: Donation-based classes where 100% of proceeds go to the Tilden Keller Community Center
- When: Thursday, Nov 28 (8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, & 10:00 AM)
Unfolding the Lotus: A Hip Opening Workshop with Sonya Genel
- What: A patient approach to opening hips through heat building, sun salutations, and a series of hip openers
- When: Saturday, Dec 7 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
December Free Master Class with Jean Mazzei
- What: A chance for prospective YGSF200 and YGSF500 teacher training students to get a feel for our programs through class and socializing and also for alumni to re-connect
- When: Saturday, Dec 14 (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM)
Hands-On Adjusting with Katrin Kuttner
- What: Refine your skills and define your teaching in this 2-day adjustment technique workshop.
- When: Sat – Sun, Dec 14 – Dec 15 (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
This course provides 10 Elective Contact Hours for YGSF 500 and/or 10 Yoga Alliance® CEUs
Shake Your Asana with Danae Robinett
- What: A sacred prayer offered in the form of Movement, Yoga, and Dance. Glitter is purely optional.
