Kick off summer with a special San Francisco yoga excursion to Golden Gate Park! We’ll begin with a 1-hour urban hike through neighborhood parks and hills, giving us a chance to warm up, meet new people, and enjoy stunning views of the city. Upon arriving at Golden Gate Park, we’ll spread out our mats on a grassy lawn for a playful and invigorating 2-hour Vinyasa practice, filled with sun salutations (in the sun!), heart and hip openers, and, of course, a nice long savasana.
Wear walking/running shoes and layers and bring water and a mat that you don’t mind using outside (or borrow one from the studio). We will begin in the Yoga Garden SF lobby and end in Golden Gate Park. After class, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the park, head home from there, or walk back to the studio with the group.
