Folk has been helping people advance their practice and build professional yoga careers for 22 years. Now, more than ever, we are committed to offering the best yoga teacher training to continue sharing this profound practice. Our alignment-based vinyasa training will equip you with a solid foundation in anatomy, alignment, philosophy, sequencing and teaching skills, enabling you to teach your practice. You will receive expert instruction and diverse perspectives from accomplished teachers in an intimate (10-20 students) classroom. Our students start teaching from week one, and by the end of the training will comfortably lead 60 minute, all-level yoga classes.

Included with your tuition, you will receive an unlimited membership for the month before, during, and after the training PLUS access to our online learning platform for one year.

The immersion format is designed for students who wish to complete their training in the shortest period possible. For students wishing to deepen their practice, the one month immersion provides an excellent “urban retreat” experience in the heart of San Francisco. For students wishing to begin their professional training process, this format will accelerate progression into the Advanced 300 Hour Teacher Training. Sessions will be held at Folk.

Graduates of this program are qualified to register with Yoga Alliance® at the RYT200 level. Graduates also receive 25% off future workshops at Folk.

• Yoga Resource Practice Manuel by Darren Rhodes

Tuition: $3,499 payable in up to 3 monthly installments. Students paying in full can receive $250 off of the total price.
