This special class will combine everything you love about dance, movement, and yoga into one incredible experience! Get ready for a complete experience of ecstatic joy, mindful self-connection, and deep R & R.

Our journey begins with a short opening circle to connect and set intentions. From there, we’ll get the vibes going with a beautiful ecstatic dance practice, using free form movement and music to drop into a meditative, deeply embodied state. After all of this juicy dancing, we’ll transition into an energizing yoga flow to deepen the sense of inner stability and release.

Finally, we’ll end the evening with some restorative postures to ground and nourish the body, mind, and heart. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Be prepared to sweat and let go!
