Ground to Bloom on Pink Moon

Each year in April, the Pink Moon graces us with its presence. The Pink Moon is a springtime full moon thought to signify rebirth after the winter. Join us for a delightful two-hour practice focused on your own rebirth and renewal.

In this soulful workshop, Anny Huang takes you through her ABC method of Awareness, Belonging, and Clarity. In the first part of the practice, we’ll cultivate awareness through grounding meditation and foundational postures; in the second part, we’ll flow together, creating a sense of belonging to our local community and to the planet; in the final part of the workshop, we will journal to gain clarity about what it means for us to step into the light of the longer days and bloom once again.

All experience levels are welcome. Please bring a journal or notebook and pen.
