Ignite Your Inner Flame: An Evening of Yoga & Candle Making with Ryan Gerard
Fire up the light within at this unique event at Folk, led by yoga teacher and local candle maker Ryan Gerard. To start this experience, we’ll explore a world of fragrances to choose scents for our candles. You’ll then learn the process of mixing fragrances, melting wax, and pouring your own candle to take home and enjoy for weeks to come.
While your candle sets, we will transition to a candle-lit yoga flow practice to tap into our senses and explore the theme of the inner flame. We’ll close with a candlelight meditation. This practice is designed to connect you with your inner self and encourage you to find your own unique flame, both on and off the mat.
This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to unwind, relax, and connect with like-minded individuals in a beautiful and peaceful setting, while creating something meaningful for your home yoga practice. Join us for a night of creativity, self-discovery, and inner peace. This event is open to practitioners of all levels of experience.
