Learn how to self-stretch, how to relief tension after a long day and how to treat those aches and pains in your upper back, neck and shoulders.
In this short three-hour session, Katrin Kuttner, E-RYT 500, will apply therapeutic techniques to yoga asana to help relieve tension and address common injuries found in the neck and shoulder girdle.Understand the biomechanics and movement principles in familiar poses to help you find more vitality and strength in your practice. Teachers will hone application skills by working with real students in a therapeutic manner.
