Let’s Get Moving: Fitness Classes at Folk

One of the primary inspirations to evolve into Folk came from our community’s desire to move their bodies in new and different ways. While yoga philosophy will always exist at the core of our mission, we’re excited to grow alongside our students and expand our offerings to include new fitness classes at Folk. Starting Monday, March 20th, Folk students can find many more ways to move at Folk 20th St. (visit reopening blog post) and Folk Nob Hill!

Our schedule will ebb and flow with demand and capacity; but for now, Folk 20th St.  , Richmond, Nopa and Folk Nob Hill are adding the following classes in addition to our standard yoga schedules:
