Yes, 2024 is almost here! Step into the New Year with purpose and energy in this flow-based 2-hour class with Brynn Wickham (RYT 500) that combines both grounding and heart opening postures, a journaling session, and a closing practice of guided meditation in restorative postures. Tea and herbs from Brynn’s garden will be shared. Bring in the New Year with intention and community at Folk!
