Attention all yoga teachers: The yoga studio is not the only place you can teach yoga! Teaching yoga to people at their workplaces is a great way to reach more students, to grow your business, and to bring the benefits of yoga to one of the places where they are most needed. In this 20-hour training, Maryam Sharifzadeh (E-RYT 500), Founder & CEO of Office Yoga ® will teach you best practices for teaching office yoga, how to teach differently formatted classes for different spaces, and how to grow your clientele.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- The benefits of teaching yoga in the workplace
- How to adapt to different workplace environments, both virtual and IRL
- How to honor and share yoga’s roots in corporate spaces
- How to teach yoga classes at the desk, in the lunchroom, or at a conference
- How to create a fruitful business of teaching in the workplace
This training is appropriate for all yoga teachers. This training includes lecture, discussion, asana (postural) practice, pranayama (breathing) practice, teaching practicum, and business planning.
